Rooms are very clean and hygienic. The service is very efficient. Stay was very comfortable and the pool service is very good. Everything was very comfortable from check in to check out everything was very smooth. All have greeted and treated us with utmost courtesy and pleasant way. They were readily available and help us exploring the place to the fullest. Will try to visit again if possible in future.

Excellent customer service
We were just looking for a perfect place to witness sunset with some good food that evening and there we were at the Tokyo Palace, at their Rooftop with an amazing view of the city and the Jaisalmer fort. They have given us complimentary room upgradation. Room was very well organised and clean. The most noteworthy characteristic about this place is the hospitality.
